The Balance Med Spa Purchase Terms ("Purchase Terms") govern the sale of any products or services you purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, any applicable additional sales terms, and Balance Med Spa’s Terms and Conditions. These terms also include an arbitration provision and a waiver of class-action claims.
Balance Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. We may limit, prohibit, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel or limit an order, we will notify you via the contact information you provided at checkout.
We may also refuse or cancel orders, even after confirmation or payment. Balance Med Spa has the right to limit quantities purchased per person or household and may implement these restrictions on accounts using the same payment method or billing/shipping address.
Receiving an order confirmation doesn’t mean we accept your order. We may decline orders after receiving them or adjust quantities and verify details before processing your purchase.
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products or services at any time. If there is an error in the price or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to be charged the total amount, including applicable taxes. If payment cannot be verified, your order may be canceled.
Please note that our treatments are elective, non-insured procedures, and payment is due before services are rendered. We do not submit claims to insurance providers. Customers are responsible for all associated fees and taxes related to their purchase.
A chargeback occurs when a payment is reversed. If you dispute a charge without contacting us, we reserve the right to cancel any pending orders and pursue legal remedies. If a chargeback is deemed unnecessary, you may be held responsible for the chargeback amount and any fees. Please contact us immediately if you believe a charge was made in error.
Balance Med Spa offers various aesthetic services. You can find more details about each service in the FAQs on our website. For optimal results, follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions. Non-compliance may result in additional treatments or charges.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or show up for your appointment will result in forfeiting any prepaid services.
All sales are final. Treatments offered as complimentary or with other purchases are non-refundable and hold no monetary value. At Balance Med Spa’s discretion, refunds may be issued as store credit. Unused treatments cannot be transferred to others.
